Welcome to Front Street Motors , well known and established for our Buy Here Pay Here program that gives those that have bad credit or no credit a chance to build or rebuild their credit.
Here at Front Street Motors we are determined to serve you to the best of our
ability. We currently have three businesses in operation, including a Buy-Here
Pay-Here pre-owned car dealership, an Automotive Repair Garage, and a U-Haul rental facility.
Buy-Here Pay-Here
We run our buy-here pay-here the simplest way we know how. We look at the concept of our customers buying a car as a contract between you, and us. We do not report to the credit bureau nor do we give out any information about our customers to anyone.
We do have a small list of requirements that must be met before you can purchase a car from us. The list is as follows:
- All sales are FINAL make your choice wisely
- FULL automobile insurance coverage is mandatory
- You are responsible for your loan under ALL circumstances NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Payments will be made in a timely manner with the assistance of the OnTime program
- Must have proof of income
- Must have proof of residence (utility bill, lease, etc.)
- Must have at least two references
- All vehicles are subject to inspection at anytime
- All personal information must be kept up to date
- No codes will be given without payment NO EXCEPTION, PLEASE DO NOT ASK!!!
- A credit application must be filled out before any vehicle will be sold!
Once these requirements are met all you need to drive off in a new pre-owned car is a down payment. When you come in with your down payment I have you sign the contract and I hand you keys, simple as that you have a new car!!!
Our quality pre-owned cars come standard with a six month warranty through an outside warranty company. Penn Warranty Corporation provides a warranty that is good for six months or 7,500 miles. This warranty covers the following
systems:
- Engine - cylinder block, cylinder heads, and all internal parts. Manifolds, valve train and covers, and flywheel. Camshaft and timing drive components. Oil pump
and oil pan. Cylinder head and intake manifold gaskets are covered for coolant leaks only.
- Transmission - Case and all internal parts. Torque converter and converter housing.
- Differential - Front or rear differential housing and all internal parts. Drive shaft and universal joints. Front axle joints are covered only on four wheel drive vehicles. Transfer case on four wheel drive vehicles and all internal parts.
- Cooling System - Fan and fan clutch. Electric radiator fan motor, water pump.
- Steering - Steering gear, rack and pinion assembly, and all internal parts. Power steering cooler and lines.
- Suspension - Springs, control arms, and ball joints.
- Brakes - All brake components, including all components of the anti-lock brake system, except linings, pads, rotors, and drums.
- Electrical - Alternator, voltage regulator, windshield wiper motor and starter motor.
- Rental Car - Twenty five dollars per eight hours of authorized flat rate time to repair or replace a covered component with a maximum of two hundred and fiftydollars.
- Towing - If your vehicle must be towed because a covered component has failed, towing to the nearest qualified repair center is covered up to a maximum of fifty dollars.
- Labor - Labor charges are based on industry accepted flat rates to repair or replace a covered component. For more details on the warranty or any of the buy-here pay-here requirements feel free to call us at (570) 752-0520.

We offer much more, however, the few services listed above are simply our most requested. We have state of the art equipment set up to tend to all of your automotive needs. We never try to fix a problem the easy way, everything in our
shop is done the right way. Also, we have a friendly staff that is always prepared to help and answer your questions at anytime.
U-Haul
MAKE A RESERVATION!!! We cannot stress how important reservations are. Without one we cannot guarantee that we will have the equipment you desire. We request you make a reservation at least a few days (a week if possible) ahead of time that way we have the time to get the necessary equipment for you.
To place a reservation we need your name, phone number, what kind of equipment you need, the date and time you would like to pick it up, how long you need the equipment, and a credit card number. The credit card is not charged the number is merely held as a second form of ID. Once we have placed the reservation we will confirm it with you the day before you are to pick up the equipment. When you do come to pick up your U-Haul you need to have your driver?s license,
credit card or a cash deposit. U-Haul requires a $100.00 cash deposit on trucks and a $60.00 cash deposit on trailers, this deposit is waived if you choose to
use your credit card. A hold is placed on the credit card when you use it though, the funds are NOT withdrawn from the account however your available balance will decrease by the amount of the hold. When the equipment is returned if you choose to use cash to pay for the equipment the hold is reversed and the funds become available to you again. If you use the credit card the hold is cleared and the balance you owe to U-Haul will be charged.
